2 Chronicles 7:14 states: “If MY PROPLE, who are called by MY NAME will humble themselves , and pray and seek My Face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin AND HEAL THEIR LAND.”
The healing of a land; the healing of a nation, does not come about because of great politics or social reform, or economic adjustments. The transformation of a nation will happen just as the Father said it would: when His people. called by His Name (Jesus) take the prescribed actions and give Him the platform that He needs to bring healing.
Every form of prayer requires humility of the people of God. Prayer signifies that it is the power of God that we are relying upon to fix situations and make crooked places straight. Word of God based prayer declares that our trust is in the Father, not the arm of man. Pride and apathy already declare that God’s help is not needed. Jeremiah 17:5-8.
It’s our prayer that you would join us “in humility” from 7:00-7:30 PM this evening for prayer; that you would call on the Name of Jesus with us; use the weapons of our warfare with us and trust the Father to do what He said He would do in our nation and in our lives.
There will be NO BIBLE STUDY OR YOUTH SERVICE this Wednesday,
There WILL BE Prayer Tuesday from 7:00-7:30 PM.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
